Conference Menus

Most groups who use meal services through The Schindler Banquet Center for conferences, camps, and retreats eat in our full-service cafeteria, Legacy Cafe. We are open to the public daily from 11am-1pm for meals through the cafe and can provide meals for your group through our cafe, as well. We have a variety all-you-can-eat menu that can satisfy anyone's needs. However, if your group is looking for something a little more upscale, we can offer buffet-style or served dinners in the banquet center or in one of our other on-campus dining rooms.
