The Collier Chapel
Collier Chapel was built in 1873 and was dedicated in 1876. It still contains the same candle-operated chandeliers, which were electrified in 1928. Adorned by stained-glass windows and a white steeple, Collier Chapel provides a beautiful setting for weddings. Seating capacity for the chapel is 450 main seating, with 48 seats to either side of the stage, making total seating capacity 546. There are 23 rows on each side of the main aisle. The main aisle is 74 feet long by 57 inches wide, leading up to a front platform of 30 feet by 50 feet. Heating is provided in the winter months and windows can be opened in the summer months.
